Prayer & Healing Circle
Gathers the 2nd & 4th Mon./mo. @ 7:00 p.m.  ($1 love offering)   

A new grouping of sessions begins September 8, 2008. If interested in considering becoming a Prayer & Healing Circle participant, please speak with Rev. Virginia Collins. 

 

Sessions are held at Rev. Virginia's home every 1st Monday/mo.   6:30 - 8:30 p.m. (love offering)

   

Held at:  Swedenborg Chapel (or) outside by Medicine Wheel in Rev. Virginia's yard.        Call to confirm location.

What you need:                     Willingness and commitment to the enhancement of

                                                your life-journey through yoga practice that integrates

                                                body, mind, and spirit; hence, living yoga as a way of

                                                life. Sessions will include, however will not be limited

                                                to:  meditation, breath exercises, postures, mudras,

                                                chanting, discussion, study.  I strongly recommend

                                                to have with you a yoga mat and a blanket and/or

                                                small pillow.  Yoga blocks and belts will be available

                                                for your use with posture modifications.

YOGA CAN BE FOR EVERYONE!

Right where you are “in-the-now” is where you begin and continue practice.

 You will witness the unfoldment of your life, one petal at a time;

a life of balance, harmony, and peace.

A calling together of women & men interested in sharing and growing the dream of a world were all, especially the children, have their basic needs met, their souls nurtured, and their spirits illumined.  Our intent is to be ACTIVE in manifesting this dream!

      who have wisdom, life-experiences, demonstrate tenderness, affection, and             nurturing, . . . they are teachers, healers, negotiators, peacemakers, role-models, ministers    to all . . .

      who can be splendid, dignified, grand, noble, illustrious, great, dedicated, generous, giving unceasingly, funny, creative, accommodating, empathic communicators, sometimes a little outrageous . . . and definitely so much more!

A gathering of women of all ages who meet the last Sunday/mo.  We are into our 9th year as a supportive, unconditionally loving circle.  Our annual retreat is held in October at Maxwell's Hospitality House at Lakeside, Ohio.  This year's retreat is scheduled for October 10-12, 2008.  Participants are limited to 16 women.
